    If you’re already using Hosted just click on the 2020 version line and follow the prompts

    Thankyou for your reply I actually did that a few weeks ago and it was working fine just today it wont let me login

    See what happens tomorrow. Have you gone into the Control Panel and selected log off all remote sessions?

    Thank you for your reply maybe my accountant hasn’t logged off from Friday would this cause the problem ?

    Could be but you can go to the control panel on the first page and log off all sessions as I suggested
