I am having trouble email out invoices. I use Reckon 2017 desktop. Everyday emails from Outlook work but not through Reckon. No error code. It now seems to be going through Windows Live Mail. I have check my preferences/send forms, it says Outlook. But invoices/statements keep going through Windows Live Mail, customer doesn't get the email.

    Have you got Office 365; if so try it one at a time

    Yes I do have Office, Tried sending 1 invoice, still didn't work.

    Hi Joanne,

    There is an issue with outlook, if you have a 64bit version of outlook then emailing invoices from within the invoice screen will no work. you need to either use 32 bit version of outlook or do as I do and use thunderbird mail (free)

    Is this a new issue? I emailed out a batch invoices & statements on 3rd Aug 2020 Now 14th Aug I cant seem to send anything. I'm not familiar with Thunderbird, Reckon said to me in 2018 Outlook had to be used.
