Payroll Premier 2020-2021 - Pay Slips are no updating after finalising current pay run.  We are finding that we need to exit and reopen the program.  Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?

    Two things:
    1. Can you run the program as Administrator? You can do so by right-clicking the icon on your desktop, then selecting "Run as Administrator".
    2. If that doesn't work, rebuild the company file - you can do so by going File > Rebuild Data Files. It will ask you to run a backup (which you should save to a different location), then give you a series of boxes to tick. Tick every box except for "Change Super Percentage" then rebuild the file.
    Either of these should correct the issue.
