Error in Pay Runs
Hi there,
We have tried to run pay runs this fortnight ending 25/10/2020 - but everytime when we finalize the pay, it will double the pay runs!
We have not changed anything, but it just keep showing up double pay runs.
Can you please fix this up for us?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Reckon One technical support team so we can have a technician take a closer look into your setup and what is causing that. It looks very strange if its happening by itself without any changes to your scheduling.
