Sending out multiple emails at one time

Evening,

I have been trying to email a number of emails to a customer ( multiple invoices to one customer) and they are only receiving one of the emails. So now I have to send each email individually....which is time consuming and unpractical.

Any help would be appreciated thank you

I'll need to get some more info around the ability to send bulk emails in Reckon One but in the meantime, would setting up a recurring transaction ie. invoice, work in the case for your customers?

I am using Reckon Accounts Hosted.

I took a screen shot to show how all the customers are ticked.....however it only allows one email at a time?

Hi @AussieSteve1961, it is not Reckon One, with Reckon Desktop (or Hosted), at the moment, there is no way to batch update/tick them to be emailed/or printed. The only solution is to have a tool that helps you to do that.

If you are using Reckon Hosted, I already have a free tool that can help you to batch update To Be Printed or To Be Email for selected transactions

The tool is under development now but that function is working. Please let me know if you want to receive the info to use the free feature.

So are you using Reckon Hosted?

When you want to tick that ToBeEmailed option, do you want to search for invoices within a date range, or any filters?

Currently the free tool only allow to update by Invoice Number
