Unable to remove the annual leave loading

I am unable to remove the annual leave loading from the pay items.

When I add an annual leave item, it adds a default 17.5% annual leave loading. If I delete the annual leave loading it also removes the annual leave from the pay item.

The annual leave loading % is set to blank in the payroll setting.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Can I just confirm that you're using the Reckon Payroll mobile app that this discussion is tagged under?

    Have you set the leave loading % to zero previously?

    Hi Rav,

    I am using the Reckon online portal (payroll-medium). I cannot set leave loading % to zero (allowed value is 1-100) so I left it blank. I did a test by setting the leave loading % value to 1 but it still defaulted to 17.5%.

    I am able to resolve the issue. The leave loading % was set to 17.5% under the employee's details.
