Hi there,

Can someone please help me with this error while trying to create STP for a new client?

After reading some posts on the forum I know it is realted to some format errors but it's frustrating to go through them one by one.

A better system would identify the details of the error so it can be fixed easily.

    Have you setup the Reckon code on the tax portal

    is the problem creating or lodging STP?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I've setup the tax portal.

    The problem is it wouldn't allow me to create STP.

    I'd recommend reviewing the help guide below which outlines what details you need to verify have been entered correctly and/or rectify.

    You have to make sure the company name on the tax portal is exactly what is in Reckon One in the settings area

    I've checked through all the details as you've suggested but still no luck.

    Is it possible for someone at the Reckon team to have a look at the data for me?

    It's very frustrating~
