Backup date

Hi. Could someone please tell me why the backup date on my backup shows yesterdays date. I've done a bit of work in the system today (we've only got a smallish file). I always back up after I do work. My computers clock says is the 1st of February, but my back ups are January 31st. I'm in Australia, wondering if its an overseas server I'm coming through? Haven't encountered this before. Thanks.

Well, looking at the time under my name - says its 6.50. Its 2.50pm in Queensland so has to be somewhere else out of Australia?

Go to the computer’s regional settings and check the country and city are correct

Thanks Kris - but my clock and region is fine. So that's why I am confused. Its 3.26 pm in Queensland. Your post above says its 7.07 pm when you posted, so not sure where you are?

I’m in Sydney, on my post at this end it says 4.07

Very confusing, has to be a setting on your computer, have no idea where though

How strange. Haven't had this before, backups have always been fine. Oh well, its not as if I don't have the backup. Just strange. Thanks for your help though. Have a great night.

    Hi @BronwynS1

This certainly sounds a little strange. I just ran a backup copy just now to see if I could replicate what you're experiencing but in my case the correct date & time displayed with what was showing on my PC.

Has this always been the case for you where a different time appears or is this a new occurrence?

Hi Rav. No, first time ever. It's strange isn't it. Right now, my computer clock says is 10.14 am on 2/02/2021 and I've checked in settings/region and we are on Brisbane time (I'm on the Gold Coast). Your email came in to Outlook at 9.17am this morning but I'm going to copy and paste below your comment above and you can see the time its displaying to me as being 1.17 p.m.. Is there a region thing in Reckon that would think I'm not in Aus maybe?
