I understand the push to automate processes but could the manual data entry for entering bank payments in Reckon be less user friendly and more cumbersome? And what is with the "payable type" box? What precise function does it perform? How can we speed up the process? Why didn't we take the process in Reckon Desktop and simply replicate it? If any of the developers are watching, Id be delighted to talk to you
