Good Morning

I am finding, if i don't use the Reckon site for a certain time, no less than 10 mins. the computer logs me out; during the day i need to go to other screens for work and i am having to log off through control panel and re-log in .... is there something i can do to stop this happening..

    Hi Anita,

    Are you getting logged out of the file itself that you're working on or is it the Hosted launch page that is timing out?

    Do you have any power saving/accessibility settings active eg. automatic sleep/standby mode after a period of inactivity, screensaver etc?

    Which browser are you using with Hosted when this occurs? Does the same thing happen on a different browser, just as a test?

    Thanks Rav, i have tested on another browser and same thing happens; Hosted is timing out!

    where would i locate the power saving/accessibility on the computer; not quite sure what you mean>
