Dear sir I have just loaded the 2021 reckon file and I cannot open it up at all I will get to my data from my previous 2020 it's really really bothering me and going through all of this nonsense regarding yourselves and getting an answer on how to fix this problem I'm really really distraught at this moment it needs a technician to come into my computer and he'll be able to fix this probably within seconds but I can't get the first base with you people regarding my problem I have been a customer for the last 20 ideas and I've never had this problem before so I can so can somebody please help me so I can get back and overwork which I am now why behind in this is most urgent for me I hope somebody takes no to this my mobile phone number is 0416 170 067 and I need help quickly thank you
