File NOT backed up

I have Quicken Personal Plus 2010 and when I try to back it up it says File NOT backed up. It's only just started doing this and previously it backed up every time.

When I have had this problem with other versions I just make sure I copy the data file to my backup drive as a precaution, but I don’t use Quicken Personal so can’t be sure of the file structure
