Unable to get quotes for ANZ managed fund

According to Bloomberg the ticker code for the fund I have is ANZBAGR:NZ however when I look it up in Reckon home and business 2021 it fails to find the code and I'm unable to download quotes.

I've also tried ANZBAGR. The only thing I seem to be able to find is the ANZ. I have a license for download until November 2021.

What is the correct symbol or the correct method?

    Hi @Sherpa

    I've confirmed with the Product team that the Reckon Accounts Personal Range does not support price downloads for managed funds.  You can download fund price information yourself from the fund website and import into Reckon Home & Business using .csv price import functionality. You may need to use Excel to format the data into a suitable .csv structure.
