Hi Lou,
Can you step me through the process you're currently going through and where you're running into trouble?
Cheers

Thanks Lou. What you need to do is download the file from your B drive to a local destination on your Mac. Once you've done that you can then move it to your external drive.
To download files (and other tasks) use the Floating Toolbar in Reckon Accounts Hosted. There's a short how-to video below which will show you how.

What are you uploading?
After you download the file to a local destination on your Mac then you need to move it to the external drive the same way you would any other file from your computer ie. don't upload it back to Reckon Accounts Hosted, move it to the external drive from your Mac the usual way you would transfer any other file.

Allow the RAH download to automatically backup (save) to the RAH B Drive.
Then ... using the Download (arrow down) icon button from the Reckon floating L-shaped toolbar Rav's marked above, download this file FROM the B drive TO your local hard drive on your Mac (this just means 'save it on your Mac' eg on your Mac's desktop)
Then ... you can copy & paste (or drag) this file from your Mac Desktop (or wherever you've saved it) to your external hard drive.
