Incorrect RESC

In all pay runs I have paid only the minimum 9.5% SG amounts for all employees.

When I generate employee payments summaries an amount appears in the RESC, it also does this in my STP summaries?

I have checked all pay runs and they all report the 9.5% SG amount.

Why is this happening?
