Online Banking Details - Reckon Accounts Hosted

We are trying to set up to general ledger accounts for online banking with the same bank account details. Each time we set up the online banking details on one general account, it disappears on the other general account. We need to use the same banking details for two general ledger accounts, as one is a clearing account for wages. Have done this with one of my Reckon files, can't do it on another.

    You're in trouble. You cannot do this even if you need to.

    Hi @Zappy I have it working for one of my Reckon accounts hosted file, just can't make it work on my other file. Thanks
