payroll screen not loading

I am trying to run our payroll in reckon Hosted. When I click 'start scheduled payroll' I get a screen that looks like it has loaded properly.

Help appreciated.

    If you close the payroll window and then reopen it, does it still appear in the same way as your screenshot above?

    If so, can you please exit the file (File ➡️ Exit) and go into the Hosted control panel. Log off any active sessions and then logout of the service & close your browser. Log back in, does the view look normal or is it still the same?
