in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

have just loaded but when i open get an error message -6050,-1004

    Which version of Reckon Accounts 2016 are you using?

    Have you ever been able to run the software successfully on your PC? Or is this a fresh install on a new PC? If so, what is the operating system?

    What happens after the error message appears? Does the software shutdown or does it present you with any options/prompts etc?
