Reckon One - 10% Super Guarantee - 1st July

Hi there,


Just a quick question about Compulsory Super Guarantee raising to 10% on 1st of July.


Will I need to update each employee manually or will Reckon One automatically change these figures over on the first pay run of the financial year?

    Hi @Arron

    Reckon One will be updated to accommodate the change to 10% from the next financial year so you won't need to do anything manually.

    Our payroll finished on 29.6.21 but paid on the 1st July- should the super increase have started for this payroll?

    Hi Rav,

    I just processed payroll today after upgrading to the 2021/22 software (payroll premier) and it has still only calculated super at 9.5%, not the 10%.


    Please urgently advise.
