TPAR Errors on NZ addresses

Hi All,

I have an issue with generating my TPAR report, I have contractors in the US, UK, IR, CA these are all accepted without an issue. But people in NZ when I generate a TPAR with these people in the generation process I get an error message that the address is missing, I have checked, double checked, changed formats everything and still I get the same error.

What am I doing wrong?
