ABN and branch is already registered

I have been trying to migrate by data to the new app. Have tried using the phone app and via PC and get stuck on this message. My ABN 40087714430 Can you help, please?

    Sorry to hear that @Louw

    I've made a small change on my end which should allow this to go ahead but before you try again can you please close down the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.

    Open it back up after a minute and then login. Let me know how you get on.

    I am now getting a message, failed to create gov connect subscription. This could be a temporary issue, please try again

    @Louw

    Can you please try the following instead -

    • Close the Payroll App in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps (IMPORTANT)
    • Head over to this page https://payroll.reckon.com/login and sign in with the same email address and password that you use on the STP app to login.
    • Follow the prompts to initiate migration. It will follow the same flow as migrating on the phone app and it should go through normally.
    • Once migration is complete you'll be able to just login to the Payroll App on your phone to access the account.

    Hi

    I've got the same problem, have tried multiple times to migrate from STP to new free app over last 3 weeks. Can't get past message "This ABN and branch number is already registered". Won't let me vary the branch number as you suggested above. I've tried closing down and going to https://payroll.reckon.com/login - same message. My ABN is 82 090 651 273. What should I try next please?

    Also, I need to finalise the financial year. There are two pay runs that have an error. I have reprocessed these but these payr uns with errors have been included in the annual declaration so the income is overstated. I am able to fix this by processing a negative amount. I also need to process a salary sacrifice amount which is not possible in the older version of the app? How do I get around this?
