I cannot log into my STP and could not import to new app prior to no access

What is happening specifically when you try? Are you encountering any error messages on-screen, if so what are they? If you have any screenshots that would be great as well.
What happened when you previously attempted to migrate over to the Payroll App?
Let me know as much info as possible please.
