Can't save any changes to employees when migrating from STP

I cannot create a pay run because the Reckon App indicates the details are incomplete, but it won't save any changes

    Hi @nello

    You need to complete ALL the tabs with the necessary info within the employee profile for it to save successfully. You may need to swipe across to see the other tabs. I'll add a screenshot below which hopefully illustrates what I'm referring to.

    That has helped thanbks but I can''t see how to manually input and save the payments I have made. It was so simple in STP but has been made complicated and despite multiple attempts, the data is not being saved properly - what used to take me 30 seconds, has so far "cost" 90 minutes and the submission to the ATO is not done

    The Payroll App works by creating actual pay runs and sending this data to the ATO via your STP submissions. This will be particularly important when the ATO's Single Touch Payroll phase 2 kicks in which requires stricter itemization of certain pays and what they are made up of.

    The STP app and its reporting method of just entering in a balance in manually will no longer be compliant under STP phase 2 and as such we need a payroll-centric solution in order for our users to remain compliant with their reporting.
