mail login failure

I haven't been able to send my invoices via outlook. As i receive an "mail login failure"message. In the past I just create an invoice and email it off. Im using the newest version of microsoft office and the upgraded 2016 Home & business. Any help would be much appreciated.

Check out the info in this help guide linked below. You'll need to run Home & Business with admin privileges. Doing so however may require you to reactivate the software so just follow the steps to do so online or have a online chat with our activations team HERE to do so.

link doesn't take me through to online chatroom?
Right clicking reckon desktop logo requires reactivation of licence.
