in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

I have updated from Reckon, tax table version: 2021292. 01/07/20.

How do I know which version this tax table is?

    Which version of Reckon Accounts are you running?

    The latest tax table update released on 21 June 2021 is available for install on the current 2021 editions of Reckon Accounts Business (desktop).

    If you press Ctrl and 1 when you are in your company file you should get an information window pop up which will give you full info on the version you are currently using.

    @Srobbo The most current version is 2021 R2P which includes the latest tax tables (version: 2122302 which are updated from: 01/07/21)

    What does the bar along the top of your program say? This will immediately identify what "year" version you are on:

    As per Rav's advice, if you press Ctrl + 1 on your keyboard, this will display the full details:

    Allanna is not available & I am Steve Robertson & am the owner of this business ( a newbie ) & I am trying to sort this out for her & she has left me these messages.

    STP wont submit as Tax Table should be R2

    Table is July 2020

    She tried updating Tax Table 2019/2020 TO 2020/2021-R2

    Able to download but wont take.

    Last Reporting STP June 2021 no reporting can be submitted since.

    Please help with STP & Tax tables

    Hi Steve,

    The 2021 tax table update can only be installed if you are running Reckon Accounts 2021 (see the screenshots from Shaz above). If its not installing then its likely you're either not running the 2021 version OR you've downloaded an older tax table update and trying to install that.

    Access to the tax table update is available from the page I've linked below. You'll need to use your Customer ID & PIN to login and you'll be able to access the update.
