Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2021

Hi there - I've renewed my license on this product, but haven't received an installation key. I am CONTINUALLY frustrated at how outdated this registration / licencing process is. Anyone got any tips on how I can get this to work - or do I just wait for Monday & then ring the helpdesk.

    Thanks so much for the response. I've got everything working now. I find this whole 'annual update' process very old fashioned.

    I'd be keen if anyone knows how to move away from this desktop tool. In general, I like the tool itself, and I've used it for years, but the clunky update process & the ability to only update my finances on one device are a little frustrating. I want to collate transactions from multiple personal accounts to basically manage spending/budgeting. Any recommendations would be appreciated :)

    I paid my renewal (for about the 25th+ time) a week or so back, but there was no update shown as available, only the 2021. Having seen the post above, I tried again and the 2022 annual Licence is apparently available but with this message: "There is no download link for this product, Please contact Reckon on 1800 732 566." In view of Jean's post above, I found this confusing. Any light? I should say that I have had update issues in the past, a pity because I love the product.

    I just had a look at your members site and you are correct re the 2022, as far as i know there is none yet available so why this is showing is a mystery to me as well, i will asked Reckon in the morning.
