One Step Update
My One Step Update does not work. When pressed the circle goes around ad infinitum.
Does anyone have a solution?

Start with the basics first, do you have an active internet connection? When was the last time it successfully updated share prices?
In the first instance, close the software, ensure that its processes are shut down via the 'Task Manager' and the reopen it and try again. Does it work?
If not, reboot your PC and then retry. Does it work after this?
If there's still no joy after that, try to run an update using the Investing menu option:
Investing > Online Activities > Download Quotes
