Hours available as of date not changing every pay


I have added 2 new employees since we upgraded to RA Enterprise 2021 in June. The leave hours available as of the latest paydate has not changed-it's still showing the original employment date. The hours have been accruing, it's just the date that hasn't changed on both employees. Payroll is done weekly so the date should be as of 19/10/21

Do you "Verify" your Company File regularly? (Click on File along top toolbar > Utilities > Verify Data)
This checks if there is any data damage or corruption issues behind the scenes eg broken or defragmented connections etc & should be done regularly to ensure your data is stable & intact.
Run the Verify ... then Rebuild your Company File three times (Rebuild ... is in the same section underneath the Verify ...) For some reason doing it THREE times solves a LOT of issues ☺️
