What could be the possible reasons that Salary sacrifice not showing in Pay slips and salary sacrifice not deduct from salary? Advices will be highly appreciated.

    It will be because the SS Payroll Item hasn’t been set up correctly. (It needs to be an Employee & Company Contribution type, linked to Gross Payments & ticked for PAYG Tax)
