HELP


Please help - Rekon accounts 2020
I have been with Reckon/Quicken nearly 20 years and I have just paid my renewal on 26/10/21. Now I am without Reckon completely.
I have tried everything but cannot get going again.

Can you give me some more info on what is happening specifically. What is appearing on-screen when you attempt to access your software?

Hi Dave I hope you can help.
I have a Reciept for my payment. But I will ring them if you think I should. I just get the small box that says I have not paid I then try to renew online. Wthout success.
PS Whar does hosting mean on your site?

Thanks Dave I rang Customer S and I got a good bloke who explained what I hsve to do.
It could have been on a PS on the receipt.
It is all coming back to me now. At least I have seen what your Community thingoh is about. I should be right now.
