Accounts Hosted subscription invoice
Does Reckon issue a GST invoice once the automatic renewal has been processed? If yes, how do I get a copy?

Yes we do, I believe the team send one out via mail shortly after the renewal has been processed. If you haven't received it shoot an email to the team at admin@reckon.com or alternatively give our Customer Service team a call on 1800 732 566 and they'll organise one for you ASAP.

There's a question Ravi; why do they send it out by snail mail and not by email, drives me nuts.

We were looking at replacing our billing platform internally which would allow for us to send through via email among much more but unfortunately it didn't meet the overall specifications.
We're looking at other options to make it happen though and it looks like the team are getting close on it so hopefully soon.
