Cannot Migrate to the New Payroll App
I've detailed this issue a number of days ago at https://community.reckon.com/discussion/8030762/cannot-migrate-to-the-new-reckon-payroll-app-from-the-reckon-stp-app/p1?new= but haven't received any response from Reckon.
I think something server-side needs to be fixed.
Is it more appropriate to ask this as a question (I started a discussion and was wondering at the time whether it should have been a question, but I wasn't sure)?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
