Opeing new company by copying another existing company

Dear professional colleagues,
We have a company already operative in Reckon. We have acquired another business and want to create a company in Reckon for that.
The accounting structure will be the same as the existing company that we have.
What is the best option for creating a new company in Reckon by copying the existing accounting structure from the existing company

Hi Jitendra
You still create a new Company File but I would recommend selecting Other/None for the industry/default Chart of Accounts (CoA)
You can export any/all of your file lists out of any RA company file & import them into another! As the company files are in the same program, there's no mapping or configuration required so it's very quick & straightforward 😁
Here's a snip of all the lists available (Obviously some are Preference/feature-related):
& here's detailed info from within RA's Help files on how to do it:

Thanks Shaz for the detailed process. Really appreciate this.
Will use this when we are about to setup the new company.
I am new to this community. Not sure how to mark the post as Accepted answer/Answered. Pls let me know and I will mark it accordingly.
