Could you please change ABN from 34 337 683 880 to 39 653 628 285. Frustratingly, this field in Company Info cannot be edited.

    Hi William,

    The reason that the ABN can't be changed from within the software is because there are some fairly strict controls and regulations that we need to abide by from the ATO particularly when it comes to ABN's that have had data sent under them.

    I've had a look at the ABN you've provided and can see there hasn't been any submissions sent under ABN 34 337 683 880 so I've gone ahead and removed it from the account.

    If you logout of your Payroll App account, close the app in full ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone then log back in it'll take you through the registration process again.
