Cannot now access Reckon Home and Business 2016
I had to have a new hard drive put into my computer. Now i cannot access my Reckon Home and business 2016 even though it was transferred to the new hard drive. I tried calling Reckon but did not receive any help. When i tried to access the program I was told that I had a new computer and would have to buy a new program, it is not a new computer.

Has to be reinstalled the correct way download it from your members site.
