How do I get new password to log in to Quicken?

I have just transferred Quicken 2012 to my new Laptop. It is asking me for my ID email address and password. Have forgotten password, so requested new one and it is not coming through to my email box.

On the old laptop, I did not have to login at all. Anyone with suggestions?
