How do I automatically add employees onto a payrun using the previous week or a template?

How do I automatically add employees into a payrun using the previous weeks payrun employees or using a template rather than manually adding them one by one? I have too many employees which takes a lot of time and the reckon interface is slow and clunky which wastes a lot of time.
