in Reckon One
We have an auto bank feed for bank transactions. Looks like as soon as new transactions were added, the old transaction disappeared. Now Bank transaction tab shows bank transactions from 12 April.
I had this issue in March QTR, I had to manually upload bank transactions.

Its hard to say what's the cause behind this without taking a closer look at your Reckon One book. I'd highly recommend giving our tech support team a call so we can get a technician on the case here.
