My STP submissions have been rejected by the ATO

It says the value provided to identify the receiving party is not recognised, or a request has been made for a service not offered by the receiving party. How do i fix this please

    Hi Nicole,

    That error usually means an issue with the ATO's SBR2 service at the time of your submission. I'd recommend sending through the submission again.
