Costs by Job Report Inaccurate

Hi - I have a supplier invoice which is correctly allocated to the customer in Reckon Hosted, but when I run a costs by job report, this particular invoice doesn't show on the report - any suggestions as to why this might be happening?

    Sounds like you might be viewing the job costs report on a cash basis. Try changing it to Accrual instead ☺️

    Definitely running the report under accruals - all other supplier invoices are listed, there is just one in particular which is missing.

    OK - In that case, check the filters on the report - It may not be picking up all Items/Accounts/Jobs etc.

    Thank you - I have checked and changed some of the filter settings and it appears that everything is now where it should be!! Thank you so much 🙂
