My Reckon personal won't open. What do I do please?

I have been a reckon personal user for years but my files have suddenly stopped opening. I can see my last backup on 31 May 2022 but it is an .rkn file and won't open. Please can someone help me?

    If its a RKN then it needs to be restored before you can open it.
