File Upload Error - Bank transactions

I have been trying to upload bank transactions for a few days now, but keep getting "File Upload Error". No details provided about why it is failing.

Anyone else experienced this and know how to solve?

Triple checked the csv I'm trying to upload, and positive nothing has changed. I've been successfully uploading these files for over a year until the past few days.

    just to make sure, i've just tried again, and yes the same error message is displayed.
