EOFY Submission

Hi All

I have tried to submit the 21/22 EOFY Report to the ATO (all is correct) but once I type my name in the dedclaration, the screen won't allow me to go any further! I can't scroll down to tick the box for the declaration, it's just stuck on my name. Any ideas as I've spent an hour and a half on this and I can't get it to work. What have I missed?

    Hi @rhondam

    This may occur if you have display assist settings switched on in your phone eg. Zoom/Magnification/Increased Font Size/Display Accessibility etc.


    If you go into your phone settings and switch them off and reopen the Payroll App it should return to a normal view where you can access the options to proceed.

    Hi Rav

    I did reduce the text size to minimum before posting my question. I have now turned the Zoom to standard and turned off the Magnification but I still can't get it to work. The Submission date section stays a light grey colour and I can tick the declaration box now, but it won't allow me to submit?? Any other suggestions please?
