STP set up error: User does not have admin access

 I cannot complete the STP setup Submit as I receive the error: Error: User does not have admin access. How can we do?

    Hi @Wislon

    Are you the admin of the account or have you been added as a 'Staff' member by the admin?

    I think I am a "staff" member as I need to open the client's account which share by the client.
