Error code INCDTLS.000381

I am getting this error in an individual tax return for 2022, the figures have been brought through from the trust that is linked.

How do I fix this

    You've posted your question in the Reckon Accounts (Desktop) category but I think you're actually referring to tax return software ?

    This forum doesn't have that info but I did a quick Google search for you & it appears it's related to missing $0 fields at Item 13:

    CMN.ATO.INCDTLS.000381 / CMN.ATO.INCDTLS.000384 / CMN.ATO.GEN.XML04

    These validation errors are associated with the item 13 worksheet. You need to complete the two fields for the relevant income category by entering $0 in the empty field, refer to examples below.

    For example - CMN.ATO.INCDTLS.000381 validation error:

    When reporting an amount for distributions from trusts then you need to complete the following fields:

    (1) Managed investment scheme field, and

    (2) Other income, and

    (3) Type.

    Hi,

    I have a few trusts distributions with the same error see below

    Error - Non-primary production net income from trusts amount details are incomplete (CMN.ATO.INCDTLS.000381)

    I have put in $0.00 in the available fields but it still does not work. Any fixes of suggestions ?
