TPAR report X Unknown error

I am trying to generate a TPAR report for the 2022 year. After I select the 2021-22 year, I get the following message: x Unknown error.

Last week the report was generating ok, but I did need to complete some of the missing details for a handful of suppliers. Now that the suppliers details have been updated, I cannot generate a new report at all.
