E-mailing invoices from Reckon Hosted

I have recently acquired a new client so I have set them up in Reckon Hosted. At this stage I am only up to sending invoices for them but I am having difficulty with those invoices actually going from Hosted. I have checked the e-mail address I am sending to and it agrees with the one I was given. I have the e-mail of the client correct. I have managed to send a second group of invoices directly from Hosted but the ones I am trying to send now, a new customer, aren't going, the message is just saying '3 of 3 pages going on line'. Any suggestions on what I may have missed? Unfortunately I cannot clear the sending procedure so can't actually go back into that account to move forward. Cheryl. Burdekin Book-Keeping Services

    Hi @Cheryl Medley

    There might be a prompt or window open in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground to see if that's the case.
