STP Error Status

We are having issues with the completion of STP. Upon uploading, the status comes back as Error. When you click on the details the following red box appears:-

I have spoken with the ATO and they are unable to assist as the error code does not register with them. We have in excess of 250 employees and am wanting to pin point which employees have the issue.

Would appreciate some assistance.
