Split Screen not showing column for GST and tax code.

Have used cashbook for 20 years and had to set up new laptop, installed Home and Business, set up accounts, categories etc. Split screen in account register not showing tax code or separate column showing the gst. Please advise how I rectify this and so GST is assigned to Tax control. Thanks
