Reckon One Payroll Reports

Hi Everyone,

I need to run a report to calculate the hours worked for a casual staff member for LSL in Reckon One Payroll. So far I have tried all the options I can find, but I must be missing something.

Any Help would be appreciated.

    Hi Andrew

    Would the 'Payroll Detail' report contain the info you're looking for?

    You can select just the specific employee to report, a specific time period (and other filters) and it will show a breakdown of pay items for the employee by pay run including quantity ie. hours.

    If you wanted to you can then export the report to either CSV or XLSX for further manipulation if needed.

    Thanks for your response Rav.

    I have run that report, I didn't know it could be exported as a CSV.

    I will try that. I hope I can then extract the hours worked over the time period specified.
